Stage 1
Research
"The UX research phase is the compass guiding design; the deeper you explore, the clearer the path to meaningful solutions."
Aspire Education London (AEL), sets out to showcase elite tutor's based in London, with a target clientel spanning public & private institutions. The agencies existing host of tutors sees a high caliber of academic excellence, from ivy league universities, UCL & oxbridge.
To set out designing the brand language and web design for AEL, first there was the all important research phase. Taking ample time to analyse the current market and critically determine where the exiting websites of similar domain, fall short and excel.
Stage 2
Logo Iterations & Brand Identity
"AI art is not the replacement of human creativity but its extension, where algorithms become the brush and innovation becomes the canvas."
Logo generation, a look at the initial design proceeding to the final design. Taking inspiration from companies such as Apple.
Utilising a 3D glass effect which adds depth, class and an elite sensibility to the Aspire Logo Design, whilst maintaining its readability as a pillar.
Stage 3
Design Prototypes
Design prototypes were created in Figma for Aspire Education London, serving as a crucial step in organising the website’s structure before development in Hostinger. These prototypes provided clarity in layout and user experience, making collaboration more efficient and ensuring alignment with the client's vision. The interactive nature of the designs also made presentations more engaging, allowing for seamless feedback and refinement before moving into the build phase. This approach greatly enhanced workflow efficiency and overall project organisation.
Stage 4
Personas —User Analysis
Due to time constraints the use of both in person interviews and ai generated personas were used to act as Stage 4 of the design process. To critically analyse the design prototype phase, & give insight to how the next stage should be informed.
Final UX Recommendations for Aspire Education London:
Ensure quick access to services (e.g., GCSE, A-Level, University Admissions). Highlight tutor expertise & success rates on the homepage. Offer structured filtering (e.g., subject, availability, price, experience). Make the booking process seamless – fewer clicks to action.
